Refund policy

Hey there! We totally get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy to keep things stress-free. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Here’s the deal! To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unopened, unused, and looking fresh!).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (gotta keep things official).

Important Note: Since many of our products come in glass bottles, they need to reach us unbroken and in perfect condition – pack them with love and care!

Sending It Back:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Heads up – items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We want you to love your order, so please inspect your goodies when they arrive. If anything's damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, let us know ASAP, and we’ll make it right.

What You Can't Return:

While we want you to be happy, there are a few things we cannot accept as returns, including:

Custom-made Gift Boxes (because they were made just for you!)

Also, sorry, but we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Got any doubts? Hit us up!

Exchanges:

Want to swap? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once we’ve approved it, place a new order for the item you’re eyeing.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If everything checks out, you’ll get a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company might take a little longer to process it.
